TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday except for the low and mid season where it is possible to book for less with a minimum of 2 nights in the low and 3 in the mid.
- The above prices are weekly in Euro and are inclusive of all services at guests disposal.
- An extra bed, where possible, costs € 30.00 per week to be paid directly on the spot
- Bedlinen and towels are furnished and the change is weekly. The request for extra towels has an additional cost to be paid locally.
Towels for the pool are not included in the set . They have to be requested at the moment of the booking and to be paid on the spot. - The heating is not included in the price and it is upon consumption. The cost is € 4,5 per cubic meter (from Nov. 1st to April 30th)
- Check-in are from 3 pm to 7 pm. For different arrival you are pleased to inform the keyholder to arrange your check-in time.
Check-out by 10 am.
- Babybed and highchair are at disposal, included in the price and to be requested at the moment of the booking. Linen are not furnished.
- The booking will be confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the cost of the stay. The balance has to be paid 40 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: 30 to 16 days prior to arrival 50% of penalty; 15 to 8 days prior to arrival 70%; 7 to 1 day prior to arrival 90%.
For cancellation on arrival day, in case of no-show or earlier departure 100%
- Payments with credicard (VISA and Mastercard), Postal order or bank transfers are accepted.
